Assistant Architecture Coordinator
Job Description:
1. Applying Building Regulations to architectural design.
2. Organizing and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawings.
3. Coordinate all architectural drawings and materials.
4. Supervise architectural works and coordinate with the sub-contractors on matters of a building construction and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards;
5. Coordinate Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolve any related problems and issues.
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma in Architecture or other related issues.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in Singapore in coordinating architecture / finishing works.
3. Familiar with codes of practice of local construction industry.
4. Able to work under pressure.
